Lead edge feeding unit

The front plate can be adjusted up and down according to different paper thickness.Equipped with high pressure

blower,air volume separate frequency control.New up graded lead edge feeder, more accurate and positive feeding,

greatly increasing the paper adaptability.

Die cutting unit

The safety design of die-cutting floor and knife template and the design of easily move and slewing devices make the installation and adjustment of plate more efficient and convenient. The bottom of cutting plate adopt 3mm thick stainless steel, the active base plate adopt 2mm thick aluminium plate, that can save human resources, efficient and convenient.

Delivery unit

The way of taking up Paper lifting Table with Roller bracket prevents the cardboard surface from being scratched during the paper delivery process. The whole stacking paper or counting belt output is convenient and quick. The adjustable spring chain buffers the driven wheel after tightening, which greatly reduces the inertial impact of the gripper row steering and maintains the equilibrium tension of the chain.
