Cangzhou Machinery's production quality management is the management of the whole process. The product quality formation process of an enterprise can be divided into two basic processes: the product design process and the quality control in the product manufacturing process
1. Quality control of the design process
The design process is the first step in the formation of product quality, and its quality directly determines the marketability and applicability of the product. The first step of the design is to find the market, through market research, to understand what kind of products consumers need and quality requirements.
Design quality can be guaranteed through quality control of the design process, which includes: formulating design plans, formulating inspection and testing procedures, design review and verification, design improvement, prototype trial production, appraisal and design finalization, and preparation before sales.
2. Quality control of the manufacturing process
The manufacturing process begins with process preparation and is reflected in process specifications. The entire manufacturing process must strictly implement process specifications. The content of this process quality control includes the following aspects:
a. Quality control of raw materials and purchased parts
The quality of raw materials is one of the important factors affecting product quality. Enterprises should prevent unqualified raw materials from entering the warehouse, and prohibit the occurrence of mixing and wrong materials. For example, in basic geographic information engineering, the original data and original drawings must be strictly controlled. Irregular data and drawings cannot be accepted. To fundamentally ensure the quality of raw materials and purchased parts, an effective method is to conduct quality review and quality supervision on the supplier's quality assurance system.
b. Serious craft discipline
Enterprises must strictly require operators to faithfully implement process regulations, and set up quality control points in key processes to control process quality in a focused manner.
c. Verify process capability
That is to verify whether the process can stably process products that meet the requirements. Through trial production, processing, inspection, and debugging are performed to ensure that the process has the ability to produce qualified products.
d. Process inspection
In the production process, the operator should firmly establish the concept of "all for the user" and "the next process is the user". To achieve this, the quality of the products produced in each process must be inspected. Inspection methods include operator self-inspection, automated inspection, process tour inspection, and final inspection. At the same time, process inspection must be a combination of self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection.
e. Control of verification status and handling of non-conforming products
There are three verification states: qualified state, unqualified state and pending inspection state. Each state should be clearly marked to prevent confusion.
The handling of unqualified products must be cautious. Improper handling may cause irreparable losses to the enterprise. For example, a large company in Guangzhou produced a batch of products, and the factory manager at that time adopted some people's suggestion to "cut prices" to reduce losses. As a result, in less than three months, a large and well-known company quickly fell into a difficult sales situation. Because the product brand fell to the ground, the company was in a difficult situation.
f. Control of inspection equipment
Without advanced inspection equipment, it is impossible to have high-quality products. Enterprises should establish a sound measuring instrument management system and strictly implement a measuring instrument inspection system in accordance with the specific requirements of the measurement work.
