  • Double servo motor adopts Schneider brand from France, providing high precision with fewer mechanical drive parts to reduce failure rate.
  • Touch screen uses WEINVIEW brand for convenient and efficient parameter adjustments including staple distance, staple count, staple type, and back shield settings.
  • Complete control system utilizes OMRON PLC control system.
  • Back motor-driven baffle uses stepper motor drive for accurate sizing and easy size changes.
  • All contactors in control cabinet are German brand components.
  • Bottom die and blade are made of Japanese tungsten steel for wear resistance.
  • Complete nail head uses special steel with CNC precision machining.
