Our Non-crush feeding wheels are produced by imported polymer synthetic polyurethane rubber, which has the advantages of high wear resistance, high resilience, no damage to the paper and long service life.

The special designed spokes, result in reduced contact force between the wheel and board and are proven to reduce flute deformation.

Feature:

a. Urethanes have better abrasion and tear resistance than rubbers, while offering higher load bearing capacity.

b. Compared to plastics, urethanes offer superior impact resistance, while offering excellent wear properties and elastic memory.

c. Urethanes have replaced metals in sleeve bearings, wear plates, sprockets, rollers and various other parts, with benefits such as weight reduction, noise abatement and wear improvements being realized.
