6 Paper feeding section: The paper feeding belt is a high-quality rubber belt with high friction and wear resistance. The rear section is supported by an auxiliary roller to lift the cardboard for paper feeding, and is equipped with two 3KW suction pumps to suck the cardboard and assist in paper feeding. , the paper feeding motor is two servo motors with a power of 1KW, thus ensuring the stability of paper feeding, and the length of paper feeding can be adjusted arbitrarily.

7. The main motor in the middle section is driven by Zhejiang Mitsubishi 4KW reduction motor, controlled by a frequency converter, and also has electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake control transmission. There are 3 sets of conveyor belts on each side.

8 Gluing part: The middle butt part is fixed with hot and cold parts. The hot melt glue plays a shaping role and the cold glue plays a bonding role. The width of the glue coating wheel is 10mm and the middle interval is 2mm. It can be said to be double bonding. Avoid glue opening and explosion due to seasonal changes when only hot melt adhesive is used for bonding, and avoid the hot melt glue bursting as soon as the food box enters the cold storage.

9. Middle shaping part: The left and right sides are clamped by servo motors. The clamping uses high-speed low-pitched ball screws and special sliders to ensure the sensitivity and accuracy of the clamping. It also extends its service life and ensures the accurate shaping of the cardboard. , greatly improving the yield of cartons.

10 Glue heating system: The hot melt glue coating box is made of pure aluminum, which has excellent thermal conductivity and shortens the time for melting the glue block. The upper part is equipped with an independently heated aluminum glue box, which can be heated while working and melted. The hot melt glue automatically flows into the lower glue box, which does not affect the work and improves work efficiency.

11 Cold glue system: The rubber wheel of the cold glue coating box is made of stainless steel and has double-sealed corrosion-resistant bearings, which extends its service life.

12 Working principle

Place cardboard on both sides of the paper feeding section. Enter the paper feeding length on the display, press the paper feed button and start paper feeding. When the cardboard reaches the middle, the photoelectric sensors at the left and right ends detect the cardboard and receive the signal, and the clamping and gluing of the middle section starts to work, so that the two cardboards become one. Then the baffle falls, and the paper begins to be sent out to the bending part. After reaching the bending part, the left and right sides begin to bend and align, and then the paper pressing wheel falls, the baffle also falls, and the cardboard is sent out.
