Die-cutting unit:

4. The space adjustment of rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking structure, with cylinder big scope quickly adjust, decrease the rubber wear. Increase the rubber life.

5. The space adjustment between the feed rollers adopt self-locking structure.

6. The unique speed compensation device can make the rubber roller rolling running with the die roller, make the surface speed of the rubber cushion is completely controlled by the die roller, the shape to the carton sheet will absolutely equal to the die pattern.

7.There is a rubber repair device with the machine, the rubber can be used after be repaired.

Stacking unit:

1. Paper carrying arm

① Tightness of arm belt is adjusted separately. It is not limited by equal length of belt.

2. Lifting and lowering of platform

① Powerful chain drive

③ There is brake function on the platform lifting driving motor. It can keep platform at specific place and will not slide down.

④ Safety device can make platform under control and keep operating personnel in safety

⑤ Plane wrinkle climbing belt can prvent boards from sliding down.

3. Board carrier

① Pneumatic carrying baffle. When the height of board carrying board will put out automatically to catch cardboard, when the height meets to predetermined height

② Position of back baffle is adjusted manually.
