Automatic gluing stitching machine is new designed multi-function machine. It can do folding,
gluing and stitching one time to make standard RSC corrugated cartons.

Feeding section
1. Belt Lead edge feeding can be moved from side to side, Improve the coordination performance of the cardboard front flap and side flap
2. The height of press wheel is adjustable, suitable for cardboard thickness of 2-8 mm.
3. Linked with the folding part, frequency control, design speed 0-150m/Min, paper feeding speed 0-140m/Min.
4. The front baffle and side baffle of the paper feeding part can be adjusted by electric power left and right, and the paper holder can be adjusted forward and backward by electric.

The folding characteristics is mounted with creasing wheel,carries on second time of creasing.This makes the folding of the carton more beautiful.This machine before stitching box in the folded part have a shaping device,folding the carton before stitching,ensure there is no scissors difference.
