Ⅰ. Lead edge feeding part
1) Four rows wheels type lead edge feeding system , easy operation , high precision.
2) The lead edge wheels adopt Maxdura brand from Taiwan , durable Wear Resistant .
3) 7.5kw fan , air suction auxiliary paper feeding, according to the bending degree of the board, adjustable air volume to ensure smooth paper feeding. Variable frequency control the air volume.
4) The positions of the left and right baffles are electrically regulated by the screw rod, which is convenient and quick to adjust. The position of upper and lower clearance of front baffle is manually adjusted separately.
5) With the skip feeding function , choose the skip feeding function according to the needs to ensure the processing of large size board. Paper lifting and paper dropping adopt cylinder to push the action quickly and save effort.
6) The host machine adopts frequency conversion control the machine start , runs smoothly, and can save 30% of energy.
7) Equipped the interlock control switch which is connected with die cutting unit, to realize urgent stop, stop feeding or resume feeding, forward and reverse jog, phase jog of each unit, and more humanized operation.
8) The back paper frame can electric control the position movement , speed up the adjustment .
9) Dust removal device : equipped with high quality brush and 4kw dust removal fan, it can remove impurities on the printing surface of cardboard in large quantities and improve the printing quality.

Ⅱ.Printing part
1. Printing roller
1) Steel plate material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
2) Balance correction, smooth operation.
3)Load and unload the printing plate, make positive and negative turns by electric foot switch.
4) Printing roller transverse manual adjustment.
2. Printing pressing roller
1) Steel pipe surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
2) The gap of the printing press roller is manually adjusted by double-pole self-locking worm gear body, and the gap is adjusted by eccentric gear, marked with scale.
3. Steel anilox
1) The steel pipe surface adopts advanced chromium plating process, which is hard, smooth and wear-resistant.
2) The dot is consistent and the ink is even.
3) Extend the service life of printing plate and rubber roller.
4) Double-pole self-locking volute is adopted to manually adjust the anilox roller clearance, and eccentric steel sleeve is used to adjust the clearance, and the scale is marked.
4. Rubber roller
1) The surface of steel tube is covered with wear-resistant rubber.
2) Special grinding in rubber roller, good ink transfer effect.
3) Double pole self-locking worm gear body is adopted to manually adjust the clearance between anilox and rubber roller, and eccentric gear is used to adjust the clearance, and the scale is marked.
5. Upper and lower paper guiding roller
1) Upper roller : seamless pipe, with four paper wheels.
2) Lower roller : seamless steel pipe, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.
3) The clearance of the paper feed rollers is manually adjusted by double-pole self-locking worm gear body, and the clearance is adjusted by eccentric gear, marked with scale.
6. Phase adjustment device
1) Planetary gear structure.
2) The printing phase adopts LCD microcomputer electric digital 360 degree adjustment . (adjustable for operation and stop).
3) Manual lateral position, +/-5mm adjustable distance.
4) The printing plate roller adopts LCD microcomputer to adjust the phase, which can reset to zero and adjust the plate quickly with high precision.
7. Ink recycling system
1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, easy operation and maintenance.
2) Ink filter screen, filter impurities.
8. Printing phase fix device
1) Pneumatic brake mechanism.
2) When the units are separated or the in the process of phase adjustment, the brake mechanism restricts the rotation of the machine, maintains the fixed point of the original gear position.
Ⅲ.Slotting part
1) The function of the double shaft slitting unit(Adopt units). Big size carton box or kicking paperboard slitting can save loading knife time.
2) Slitting phase and the height carton box adjusting, computer and the electrical number can be controlled.
3) Slitting knife a move transversely structure, screw with linear axis that moble more flexible and accurate.
4) The up and down knife move at the same time, keep the linkage of the knife, accurate, extend the service life tools.
5) Slitting knife shaft space, computers and digital electronic adjustments.
6) The slitting knife move transversely double prevent collision protection device (electronic and mechanical). Elastic and corner cutting blade structure, three layer, five layer board and corner cutting no adjustment and operation more convenient.

Ⅳ.Die cutting part
1.Creasing wheels
1)Roller is seamless steel tube, through two times of grinding, the surface hard chromium plating, moving smoothly .
2)The clearance of the creasing wheels is manually adjusted by double-pole self-locking worm gear body, and the clearance is adjusted by eccentric gear, marked with scale.
2.Die cutting rollers
1)The diameter of the lower die cutting roller is 360mm standard die cutting roller, which is made of alloy steel centrifugal casting with high precision grinding. It is equipped with grooved clamping fixture.
2)The diameter of the rubber mat roller is 388.9mm, high quality 45# steel finish machining, balance correction, hard chrome plating. The rubber mat adopts polyurethane rubber sleeve with smooth incision, convenient installation and more than 8 million die-cutting times.
3)Automatic grinding mechanism of rubber roller, repair and polish the worn rubber mat multi times. The reuse rate of rubber mat has been greatly increased. The alarm lamp keeps flashing when the rubber roll is repaired.
4)Cleaning system: the front and back embossing shaft is pressed to the belt through the deceleration motor, and the waste of paper is removed completely, so that the machine will not be affected by the accumulation of the waste paper. The work efficiency is greatly improved.
3.Die cutting rollers phase adjustment structure
1)Planetary gear structure.

Transmission gear
1)40Cr forging of high quality alloy steel, through tempering, high frequency quenching, grinding teeth and other processes, to improve the service life of the gear.
2)Sixth level precision, smooth operation, low noise, hardness HRC55-60, long life and small wear, which can guarantee the accuracy of printing color sets unchanged for a long time.
Wallboard: the material is high quality cast iron HT250. It is made and processed by a large processing center with high precision.
